 To promote healthcare, education, social empowerment and rural empowerment on charitable basis. To promote mitigation of poverty in India, by carrying on Micro financing Activities either directly or through self-help groups with the sole object of promoting the development in economies, well-being of urban and rural poor within India. 

 To accept donations, raise subscriptions from the members or other persons, to invest the funds of the company with such individuals, societies, firms or companies for providing income to the company on such terms and conditions as may deem proper and necessary for the fulfillment of the aims and objects of the company and to further its interest as enumerated above. 

 To perform acts of charity and render service to those in need, especially the poor and backward in community, irrespective of caste, creed, race or religion. To enter into agreements with other Chambers of Commerce and other bodies to and promote the aims and objects of any society or association having similar objects to all or any of the objects of the association and to encourage and support any society, association or movement for the improvement of commercial and scientific law.

 To subscribe to local and national charities and to grant donations for public purpose. To draw, make, accept, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange, promissory notes, bills of lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable and transferable instruments and securities. And generally to do all other acts, deeds and things necessary or incidental to or for the attainment of above mentioned objectives.
